Introduction
Whilst men have been involved in the Art Quilt and ArtCloth genres, they have been few and far between. Art Quilts as well as ArtCloth have been dominated by female artists. They use cloth as their canvas and in doing so they are able to achieve a completely different art perspective. These art forms are different than the time honoured art tradition of painting on silk. They use whatever is at hand to make their art as engaging as those who paint on canvas (a textile). I hope you enjoy this art form as much as I do!
